How do I start?
To begin you must register in our members section and provide us with basic information about yourself, your general health, and any medications you are currently taking. You will be given payment options to select from and once your account is verified you may request an appointment for a face to face consultation with a doctor closest to where you live. Follow-up consultations may be undertaken by video, webcam or telephone.
You will fill out a simple Symptoms Checklist which will help us to order your initial lab-works.
Before you can receive a consultation we will require a faxed copy of your photo I.D. (Current Driver's License only please) and medical records please.
Your initial lab-works will be undertaken to test for the relevant hormone levels, which will determine the appropriate treatments. These initial lab-works are normally done in the comfort of your own home, cost $429 and give accurate results via a simple saliva test and a blood spot test with great value for money.
Once the results are returned the physician will review them and an initial consultation with the physician will be scheduled for you at a cost of $399. This consultation covers a thorough examination and fact-finding conversation to ascertain your needs and suitability for the Program.
At this point, if it's decided that you will be entering the Program there are no joining fees. On average you will see or speak with the physician twice during each year plus your annual consultation visit.
What's the minimum age?
You must be at least 21 years of age to order any services from our site.
How does the consultation work?
Once you have requested a consultation and filled-out the simple Symptoms Questionnaire and payment details, your lab kit will be ordered from ZRT Labs directly to your home with full instructions on how to take the simple blood spot and saliva tests Once we have received these results back, a scheduled appointment will be e-mailed to you. Before your initial evaluation the doctor will review the lab-works to make sure a decision can be made made on your suitability for our Wellness and Age Management Program at the consultation.
You will be required to attend the doctor's offices at the appointed time. Please allow plenty of traveling time and aim to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow for checking in etc..
If you have a future follow-up consultation by video, webcam or telephone please make sure that you are available from at least 15 minutes before your appointment time in case the doctor is running ahead of schedule.
Once a final decision is made about you entering our Wellness and Age Management Program the doctor will issue your prescription(s), where appropriate, to the pharmacy of your choice.
What does it cost and how can I pay?
We charge $399 for our initial coordination services to you and the charge on behalf of the doctor for the consultation. Any subsequent medication costs and related shipping costs will be charged via your given credit card.Initial lab-works will normally cost $429 (a $750 value). Follow-up and annual labs will cost $399.
When will I receive my medication?
Assuming you have been prescribed some medications/supplements after your consultation, if you choose to use the compounding pharmacy(s) that we have negotiated quality standards and preferential rates with they will receive prescription orders on a daily basis. Orders received by 3pm Eastern Time will be filled and usually shipped that day. If the relevant pharmacy is close enough to the consulting doctor's offices you may be able to collect your order that day. Subsequent refill orders, if prescribed, can be collected or shipped depending on how far from the pharmacy you live.
If you have chosen your own local pharmacy we will have no control over this part of the process.
Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
The pharmacy will be unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.
Can I track my package?
If you are using one of our associated pharmacies, once your prescription is filled & shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the shipper's web site. Please remember that to collect from the pharmacy or to take delivery of your shipped package an adult signature is normally required.
What if there's a problem with the prescription I receive?
Our customer service staff must be notified within 24 hours from the time you receive your prescription in order to consider any corrective action with the pharmacy concerned. If you receive a medication which you did not order please do not open or tamper with the medication.
Is my information safe and private?
Of course. We ensure your complete confidentiality at all times and we do not disclose any details to anyone except your physician. You and he/she will establish and maintain a valid physician/patient relationship and he/she will keep your medical history information in a patient file in a secure place.
Is my payment information secure?
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Technology (SSL128BIT). All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and care. Our systems also include safeguards to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card or money order will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
May I get an early refill on my prescription?
Any mailed-out refills are not allowed earlier than 28 days depending on the relevant pharmacy, after which they may be ordered by you on the secure site to the pharmacy for collection or shipping, if you chose a pharmacy that has access to our software.Please note that any pharmacy will not normally allow you to physically pick-up your package until a full month has passed since your last fill.
