Dr. Kenneth Andronico is a visionary in the field of anti-aging, functional and preventive medicine. Dr. Andronico’s philosophy incorporates an integrative medicine approach to anti-aging therapies, with a special emphasis on customized patient care, education and lifestyle changes. He has a strong belief that there is a profound paradigm shift in the way the medical establishment views aging and age-related diseases. Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine was founded on the application of advanced scientific and medical technologies for the early detection, prevention, treatment and reversal of age-related diseases to prolong the healthy lifespan in humans. It is based on the principles of sound and responsible medical care that are consistent with those applied in other preventive health specialties.

Dr. Andronico now enjoys focusing his energies on uncovering the underlying causes of his patient’s medical health decline, helping them improve their lives through an integrative approach that treats their illness and promotes wellness by focusing on the bio-chemically unique aspects of each patient and then individually tailoring treatment to restore balance.

Dr. Andronico began his education by earning his B.A. in physiology and psychology from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pa. in 1975. He then attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry receiving his BS in Visual Physiology in 1977 and Doctor of Optometry degree in 1979. Desiring to become an eye physician and laser surgeon, Dr. Andronico continued his medical studies at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery graduating in 1984. Following a year internship at Michigan Osteopathic Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan he returned to Philadelphia and completed a three year residency in ophthalmology. In 1997 Dr. Andronico completed a one year fellowship in Cornea-External Disease and Refractive Surgery from the University of South Florida. His research interests at that time included the affects of inflammatory diseases and their relation to ocular corneal surface disorders.

In 2005, after practicing as an ophthalmologist for 25 years, Dr. Andronico transitioned into the field of Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative medicine. Dr. Andronico has completed over 3 years of specialized training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and is Board Certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional medicine. He is recognized as a Diplomate in Anti-Aging Medicine by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Regenerative Medicine (A4M).A4M embraces a multi-disciplinary approach to anti-aging, genetic therapy, as well as surgical and non-surgical interventions.

In addition, he completed a clinical preceptorship in Hormonal Metabolic Diseases and is presently completing a two-year Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine, through the A4M. Dr. Andronico is also a Fellow of the American College of Medicine and the International College of Surgeons and Diplomate of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. He maintains memberships in the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Osteopathic Medical Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the International Hormone Society. Dr. Andronico spends hundreds of hours per year in education of current modalities and treatments in relation to Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine.
